Untere Schwerzi residential development

On behalf of Eberli Entwicklung AG, the Sonnefeld residential development in Ruswil was planned and implemented together with A6 Architekten. For the residential quarter with around 60 residential units, an independent geothermal heat pump with free cooling and KWL was designed and implemented for each building for the condominiums. Special focus was placed on the riser zone concept with regard to fire protection and costs. In addition, an alternative concept for parking ventilation with synergistic use of the MRWA system was designed and put into operation. Everything according to the motto "as little as possible, as much as necessary". A big thank you to Eberli for the great cooperation and the trust placed in us.
