The building is heated and cooled via a reversible chiller with an externally installed monoblock with integrated chiller. Energy is supplied to the offices and meeting rooms using heating and cooling ceiling sails from Schmid Janutin. The supply air system is installed in the basement and connected to the monoblock installed outside. The treated air is distributed to the consumers via the vertical riser zones.
